Download The New Ween EP & More

The newest offering from Ween, “The Friends EP”, contains five brand new songs, none of which will be appearing on the upcoming full length album that is scheduled to be released this fall. I haven’t really had a chance to give it a thorough listen, but I’m not sure how I feel about what I’ve heard so far. Anyway, you can download that here: Ween – The Friends EP

My brother’s band, Still Motion, has 4 new songs on their MySpace. Definitely check ‘em out if you have a chance, listen to them a few times, they grow on you. These guys have been together for a while now, and they all just graduated from High School. I know I’ve posted about them several times before, so I won’t bore you with details, just check ‘em out – I’ve only listened to them a few times so far, but I like “Everything” the most so far. If you hate MySpace as much as I do, you’ll probably appreciate this MySpace Music Downloader. Too bad MySpace compresses the shit out of people’s music so that it sounds like it’s being played through a dead sloth’s a-hole.

That’s all I have time for right now. I hope you’re all having a terrible summer full of hornets, heat strokes, warm skunked beer, poison ivy, sunburn, and shark bites.

This album might not be that great, but Ween has some good stuff. Then again, how can you go wrong with a song called “Put The Coke On My Dick”?

Hey i’m pretty new to ween, I haven’t heard this new ep though. However I’ve heard the mollusk and the album with the boredoms, pretty psychedelic stuff, could you please recommend a good album to hear next by them?

    Thanks

dude, “friends” is awful – please don’t use this EP as an introduction to Ween…. I’ve (basically) worshipped them since ’92 and i’ll be more then happy ignoring the fact this album exists as we move towards the future……

jerp keep your comments to yourself this EP kicked ass, Ween has the most broad variety of music by anyone today, if you have “worshiped” them since 92 i figurre youd be able to respect that, besides those four songs were amazing
