I apologize for the recent lack of updates… Not that anyone comes here anymore anyway, but I’ve been really busy with school and all, I just moved back in here yesterday, and we have meetings and orientation shit going on pretty much all day everyday for the next two days, mostly speeches on how we should “make this an awesome year”, and STREETZ IZ WATCHIN, ya heardmotivational shizer like that. We had a sword juggling unicycle riding guy who put on this crazy show while telling us not to drink and do drugs… It was cool to watch, and parts of it were funny, but all the other meetings and stuff so far have been excruciatingly boring. I just got back from a book discussion about a book that I didn’t even read, yet I talked more than anyone else in there, which is kind of odd. Anyway, I’m looking forward to a year of gettin “crunked up” and having fun, which should make for plenty of great video footage, which in turn I’ll add to the site. Though I do hate being the asshole walking around the party with a video camera, sometimes it’s worth it.

Looking for hosting? Well Netlooks.org is offering free hosting with unlimited bandwidth and no file restrictions (100 MB limit though). Still sounds like a good deal to me, probably worth checking out if you need a place to host MP3 files or something. I went to eat lunch today, and in the cafeteria I saw a kid with a shirt that looked just like those “Got Milk?” shirts, black with white lettering, but it said “Got Mung?” I couldn’t believe it, how funny is that? I don’t know if I’d wear that myself, but it definitely made my day… Funny as shit.

Anyway… I was browsing around for links to toss into this update, when I found this. All I have to say is… GARY COLEMAN FOR PRESIDENT! What’s with this mayor shit? He needs to quit playing around, he’s obviously President material, right? Seriously though, WHAT THE FUCK? I’d post more, but I gotta get packing, summer courses are over, so I’m going back home tommorow… And then coming back for the Fall semester on the 24th, or something like that. Anyway, war.

I had been hearing “mixed reviews” about Bad Boys II, so I decided to check it out for myself. I actually liked it alot. There were a few pretty cheesy lines in it, but as long as you don’t mind “that-could-never-happen” movies, then it’s worth checking out. The action scenes were awesome, and the Hummer chase near the end was ridiculously cool and, well… Ridiculous. But I liked it. I also watched Spun yesterday, and it was another one of those movies that scares the shit out of you about drugs. This one was mainly about methamphetamine, which I would never touch to begin with, but for anyone who might have been considering it, seeing this movie would most likely change their mind (at least I think so). The director definitely wasn’t trying to make anyone in the cast look glamorous, everybody looked all cracked out and gross, it reminded me of Requiem For A Dream in that it showed what drugs really do to people, rather than trying to make them look glamorous and cool.

The title of this article is “Britney Bares All”, and just from stating that I am positive at least 90% of you will click on it. Nothing great, though.

PhaseOut is a “cool new browser with tons of handy features”, and it looks cool too. I’m not gonna list all the shit it does here, but it’s worth checking out.
