Okay, this is pretty cool: You can play GameBoy roms on your iPod! You can read more about that here.

Paper Transformers… Paperformers! I’d make some of these, but… I’m lazy, and it doesn’t seem worth the effort.

Rappy McRapperson, the hottest new rapper, has released his entire new album “Expand Your Mind” in MP3 format on his website, so be sure to peep dat shit.

If you do alot of web design (though I guess that’s a pretty general term) these ‘cheat sheets’ (for Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2, Dreamweaver MX, and more) may be of some use to you.

Looking for a new desktop wallpaper? This site has some pretty cool ones.

My PSP has the 1.5 firmware on it, so this isn’t really big news for me, but for those of you who have PSPs running the 2.0 firmware… Someone finally came up with a working exploit. Read more here, and check out the first available homebrew game here.

Running out of hard drive space? Follow this guide and delete a bunch of files that you know nothing about from your windows directory! Come on, it’s a great idea.

I dunno how many of you saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, but in the movie a procedure is performed where specific memories are erased from a patients mind. According to this article, that type of process may soon be possible… That’s kinda scary to think about.

The 8 faces of goatse - All I can say is it’s about time someone did this.

Stupid little games like this one are why I never get anything done at school.

Free stuff? For once there’s something other than magazine subscriptions that is actually worthwhile… You can get a free skin for your iPod here. And on to the magazines… Free issue of Shotgun Sports Magazine, and a subscription to FHM. Taste it.

Procrastination Station

I forgot to post about this earlier, but I saw System of a Down and The Mars Volta in Philly last month. I’m a big Mars Volta fan, but their set wasn’t all that great - If you didn’t know the songs already, it probably would have pretty much sucked. But System of a Down put on a great show, and they played for probably close to two hours. Oh yeah, and Bad Acid Trip is awful. Some shady guy outside the show tried to sell us shrooms… I think he had leprosy, he like fell into me. Also, the next day we went and walked around on South Street, and I saw the dude from this video playing his flute, or whatever it is. I had my video camera with me too, but it started pouring out, so we went to get something to eat while the storm passed. When it stopped raining, we came back, but he was gone… So I never got to do a sequel, which I’m kinda bummed about, but maybe I’ll run into him again someday. I’m pretty sure we have destiny together.

Good news for all you South Park fans out there. Matt Stone and Trey Parker signed a contract for three more seasons of the show with Comedy Central… Read the article here

Some of my friends have gotten pretty good at throwing cards. That shit is dangerous!

If you’re paranoid about your computer and don’t wanna get pwn’d, run this browser security test and check for… Stuff.

Wow - You can get a domain name for $1.99 from now until September 30th here. That’s the cheapest I’ve ever seen domain names for.

Bored? Why not take down the entire internet?

Octopus versus shark! Too bad the video is so small that you can barely see what’s going on.

Remember how Paris Hilton’s cell phone got hacked, and someone posted all her pictures and phone numbers on the web? Yeah, well that kid got caught.

Dead batteries, anyone?

It’s crazy how total dorks can figure out how to build stuff like this, a makeshift Segway.

Lately I’ve been grabbing alot of albums from Glassdanse.com - The new Bloodhound Gang album is on there right now, and that’s where I found the new Coheed and Cambria CD too - which is awesome, by the way. Anyway, if you wanna download some new albums, check that site out. Oh yeah, and there’s a bunch of new albums on here, too - Some new Thrice songs, Thursday live at CBGBs, and more.

Well that’s about all I feel like putting together right now. I’m exhausted, so check out Slez.net, and be sure to stop by here in a year or so for the next update!

Woodpecker From Mars

I really don’t have much of a post ready here, I’ve been real busy with school but plan on doing a bigger one in the next couple days… But I wanted to throw this on here quick - If you’re a fan of the Upright Citizens Brigade, then you might know of their “ASSSSCat!” Improv stuff. Well tonight at 11 on Bravo they’ll be doing a sketch comedy special, and as far as I know this kinda stuff isn’t on TV too often, so be sure to check that out if you’re a fan of the UCB, or just weird humor in general.

The Covers Project is a pretty cool site - It’s a database of artists, and the cover songs that they’ve done, as well as the artists who have done covers of their songs. I spent like ten minutes on there just looking around, pretty interesting. I’m pretty sure Bob Dylan’s songs are redone more than any other artist.
