What? I Post Every Day! March 29
Spring Break was awesome, I’ve been swamped with work since I got back though. Between my job, schoolwork, and punishing my liver, I haven’t been on the computer much. I’m in my Senior year of college but it turns out I’m not graduating this Spring… I’m gonna stick around one more semester and take some more classes so I can finish up my minor. I know you all care a whole lot, so I’ll continue. Wait, what?
This page is kind of creepy, it finds the MySpace profiles of people that are dead. I don’t really know what else to say about that.
Wow… The first paragraph of this news article makes me want to curl up into a ball and cry in the corner.
After all these years of searching… I think I finally found my soulmate.
Spamusement! features “poorly-drawn cartoons inspired by actual spam subject lines” - Some of these are pretty damn funny. My work email address gets tons of spam, and some of the subject lines (and even the bodies of some of the emails) are either ridiculously offensive (mostly pr0n stuff) or just make absolutely no sense - The latter type of spam makes no sense to me, what does it achieve if all it contains is a bunch of nonsense, and no links or anything? Anyway, I might have posted this site before, but it’s still worth checking out.
Is anyone planning on going to Bonnaroo this year? I think I’m gonna end up going with some friends, I’m not really into jam bands but it should be a fun time anyway, especially since Atmosphere is on the bill. I do like some of the other bands too, but I’m not crazy about the majority of them, but I love music so much that seeing pretty much any band live (minus the likes of Smash Mouth and most of today’s commercial country music) is a lot of fun. I don’t know some of these bands at all, so if any of you want to recommend albums/songs to check out, that’d be cool. Also, for you fellow Bonna-n00bs out there, the Bonnaroo Survival Guide seems like a pretty good read for planning your first time. If any of you are going, holla at a nigga, we’ll meet up and play patty cakes.
Every once in a while I randomly end up watching a movie that I’ve never seen or heard of before, and I’m blown away by it. Whenever this happens, it makes me realize how many awesome movies there probably are out there that I haven’t seen. I watched Buffalo Soldiers the other day, and this was one of those movies. I didn’t know what to expect since I knew nothing about it, but it’s definitely one I plan on buying when I get a chance. Other great movies I’ve seen recently are Lord of War and Thumbsucker. I’m sure there are others, but my brain sucks, so that’s all you’re gonna get for now.
